Lead the commercial transformation and European growth of a Visma-backed software company
Inexchange is entering a new phase. Four established e-invoicing businesses in Sweden, Denmark and Finland are being brought together under one organisation and one brand.

With more than 350 employees, a commercial organisation of approximately 40 people and more than 300 million invoices and transactions processed annually, Inexchange has a strong Nordic platform for further growth. The position
As Chief Commercial & Revenue Officer, you join the leadership team and report directly to the CEO. You have overall responsibility for Sales, Marketing, Commercial Excellence, pricing and packaging, and Value-Added Services.

Your mission is to create sustainable organic growth and build a unified, high-performing commercial organisation across countries and functions. Inexchange aims to increase revenue by approximately 80% over the next three years through organic growth and acquisitions – and you will be responsible for delivering the organic part of that ambition.

Transform the commercial organisation
You will unite teams and cultures from several businesses, establish a shared commercial identity and strengthen execution through common processes, clear accountability and transparent performance management.

A key priority is to implement a repeatable sales playbook and make CRM, pipeline, churn and forecasting active management tools. Growth will come from stronger new sales, conversion, upselling, cross-selling and customer engagement.

At the same time, you will help evolve Inexchange from primarily selling e-invoicing and transaction infrastructure towards value-based solutions built around automation, compliance, data and additional services. You understand the challenges facing CFO organisations and can translate technology into clear commercial value.

Drive European growth
You will strengthen commercial performance in the existing Nordic markets while building the platform for further European expansion. Germany is an important future growth market, and you will develop a repeatable go-to-market approach that can be adapted across countries.

Your background
You bring substantial commercial leadership experience from SaaS, fintech, payments, e-invoicing, ERP, finance automation or a comparable platform business.

You have a strong track record within organic growth and commercial transformation and have successfully led leaders and multidisciplinary commercial teams. You combine enterprise solution selling with a structured, data-driven approach to sales, CRM, pipeline, forecasting and performance.

International expansion or multi-country leadership experience is an advantage. Your results and leadership capacity matter more than your current title – whether you are already a CCRO/CRO/CCO or ready to step up from a Commercial Director, Sales Director or VP Sales position.

Your leadership style
You are ambitious, decisive and collaborative. You create followership through clarity and credibility, listen before acting and are prepared to challenge existing practices and raise standards.

This is not a “super-seller” role. You create results through directors, managers and teams while remaining close enough to customers and the market to contribute to strategic opportunities.

Location
The position may be based in the Nordics or Germany, with regular European travel. Professional fluency in English is required; German is an advantage.
