Student worker as Data Analyst for HR - start 1. August 2026

At Everllence, we are in the process of an exciting transformation, where we are building the foundation for data-informed leadership across HR. We are looking for a student data analyst to support our HR controller in daily operational tasks and also be part of the journey and contribute to translating HR data into insight, action and strategic value. We work purposefully to collect, analyze, benchmark and visualize HR data – with the aim of improving practice, strengthening the management chain and creating transparency about goals and focus.

You will play an important role in:

• Supporting HR data processes through data cleansing, data modelling, and improving data quality, including exploring opportunities for automation
• Developing clear and visually appealing Power BI reports and applications
• Maintaining and optimizing Excel templates to support HR processes for managers
• Documenting processes to ensure clarity and consistency
• Communicating with stakeholders, providing user support, and following up on requests and improvements
• Contributing to various ad hoc tasks as part of the team’s daily operations

We imagine that you:
Are in the first year of your master’s degree in a data-related field such as Data Science, Business Analytics, Business Intelligence or similar. You are a motivated learner and a collaborative team player. You are expected to work 2-3 days a week, and we offer flexible working hours – especially during exam and project periods.

In addition, we are looking for a person with:

• Experience with Power BI, Microsoft Excel (advanced), and Microsoft Office in general
• Knowledge of SQL and databases
• Understanding of ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes
  
  

It will also be an advantage if you :

• Have an understanding of APIs and knowledge of VBA Can work independently and are solution-oriented

You will have the opportunity to maintain our HR dashboard in Power BI as well as build new reports and dashboards in Power BI. In addition, one of your tasks will be to assist HR-Controlling, which today delivers many data sets to the business, and with whom you will work closely together.
