The Role:
The Deputy CTO will play a pivotal role in shaping the technological direction of our fintech and banking solutions. This leadership position involves overseeing the development and implementation of innovative technologies that enhance our services and drive business growth.
- Lead technology strategy and execution for fintech initiatives.
- Collaborate with executive leadership to align technology with business goals.
- Manage and mentor engineering teams to foster a culture of innovation.
- Oversee the development of secure and scalable banking applications.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards.
- Drive continuous improvement in technology processes and practices.
Team Structure: You will work closely with the CTO, product managers, and cross-functional teams to deliver cutting-edge solutions.
Ideal Profile :The ideal candidate will possess a blend of technical expertise and leadership skills, with a proven track record in the fintech or banking sector.
- Experience in fintech or banking technology.
- Expertise in software development and architecture.
- Knowledge of cloud computing and data security.
- Strong understanding of regulatory compliance.
- Leadership and team management skills.

Education: A degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
