Finance Analyst - Student Assistant (Copenhagen)

About the Role & Team We are looking for a Finance Analyst (Student Assistant) to join our Finance Team. In this role, you’ll manage billing, invoicing, and month-end tasks, gaining hands-on experience with core finance operations in a growing SaaS company. You’ll be part of a specialised Finance team working closely with Customer Success, Operations, and external partners. The team values ownership, structure, and a proactive mindset, and you’ll report directly to the Head of Finance and have close day-to-day collaboration across the organisation. What you will do

• Manage our billing platform and own our invoicing process
• Support our Finance Team with general bookkeeping of expenses
• Assist with month-end closing and related accounting reporting activities
• Provide the Head of Finance with ad-hoc analysis and strategic data insights
• Participate in other finance & operations-related matters as needed

What you bring

• Studying for a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, International Business, Analytics or a related field
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Google Sheets
• High level of attention to detail and a structured approach to tasks
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Professional fluency in English (Danish is not required)
• Able to work 15-20 hours per week from our office

Practicalities

• Salary: starting at DKK 155/hour, with the potential to increase up to DKK 195/hour as you develop in the role.
• Office location: Skelbækgade 2, 2nd floor, 1717 Copenhagen V
