Your role
You’ll be the go-to person for supplier quality — from initial selection to products in the field.
You will:
- Drive supplier performance (DPPM, NCRs, On-Time Delivery)
- Lead NPI activities and ensure supplier readiness
- Perform audits (including VDA 6.3) and develop suppliers
- Solve issues using 8D and root cause analysis
- Work closely with Engineering, Procurement, and Operations

What we’re looking for
You bring:
- 5+ years in supplier or manufacturing quality
- Strong experience with APQP, PPAP, FMEA, 8D
- Audit experience (ISO 9001 / VDA standards)
- Solid technical understanding (preferably mechanical).
As a person you’re structured, data-driven, and able to drive improvements across teams using your good communication skills.

- Improved supplier audit scores and compliance levels
- On-time and effective closure of corrective actions
- Increased supplier capability and reduced inspection dependency
- Successful NPI launches with qualified and capable suppliers.
