Fixed-Term Contract | Technology & Product Recruitment

The Role:

We’re looking for a Talent Partner who knows how to find exceptional technology talent — and knows how to build the kind of candidate experience that makes people want to join.

This is a Fixed-Term Contract opportunity where you’ll work closely with hiring managers and teams across the business, taking ownership of recruitment across a range of technology, GTM and business roles.

What you’ll own:

• Partner with hiring managers from initial brief through to offer

• Recruit across Technology, Product and GTM roles

• Build creative sourcing strategies for specialist and hard-to-find talent

• Identify, engage and assess exceptional candidates

• Build and manage high-quality talent pipelines

• Use market insight and data to influence hiring decisions

• Deliver an outstanding candidate experience from first conversation to offer

• Become a trusted talent advisor to your stakeholders

• Help shape and improve recruitment processes as the business continues to evolve

What we’re looking for:

You’re an experienced Talent Partner who is comfortable operating in a fast-moving, technology-led environment.

You’ll ideally have:

• 5+ years’ experience in embedded or internal recruitment

• Strong experience recruiting Technology and/or Product and GTM talent

• A proven track record of delivering end-to-end recruitment

• Experience partnering directly with hiring managers and senior stakeholders

• Strong sourcing and talent mapping skills

• The ability to work across multiple roles and priorities

• A commercially minded, data-driven approach

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

• Experience working in-house, RPO or a high-performing recruitment environment
