Ads Monetization Manager (remote)

Hitapps is a GameDev company specializing in Puzzle Games. We have several successful products in both categories with a combined total of over 150M+ downloads, and we are regularly featured in the top charts in the Games section.

Currently, we are in search of an Ads Monetization Manager, whom we will entrust with scaling our Ad Monetization initiatives across our portfolio of games.

For which tasks (responsibilities)?

• Own and optimize ad monetization strategy across key projects;

• Drive initiatives to maximize LTV;

• Run A/B tests and experiments to improve revenue and engagement metrics;

• Identify and resolve issues impacting ad performance;

• Improve ad quality and user experience;

• Work with analytics to track and interpret key monetization metrics;

• Collaborate with product and UA teams to align monetization with overall goals;

• Coordinate with the tech team on SDK integrations, mediation setup and troubleshooting;

• Manage and grow relationships with ad partners, test new ones;

• Stay on top of market trends and bring new ideas into the stack.

What kind of professional are we looking for?

• 3+ years of experience in ad monetization within mobile games;

• Understanding of casual and hybrid-casual monetization specifics;

• Strong understanding of the full ad monetization cycle and its impact on performance and revenue;

• Strong analytical skills: ability to interpret data, identify opportunities, and understand monetization vs product metrics trade-offs;

• Experience with cohort and behavioral analysis;

• Hands-on experience with mediation platforms (AppLovin MAX preferred) and key ad partners;

• Good communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally.
