In this role, you'll engage with businesses across the Nordic market, helping them discover innovative digital advertising solutions while driving business growth.What You'll DoGenerate new business through outbound calls and prospecting.Identify and qualify sales opportunities within the Danish and Nordic markets.Build, maintain, and update customer information using CRM systems.Manage customer follow-up and nurture long-term relationships.Understand customer needs and recommend suitable digital advertising solutions.Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify new opportunities.Work closely with your team to achieve individual and shared sales targets.What We're Looking ForNative or C2-level Danish with advanced English.Around 20 months of sales experience is preferred.Previous experience using CRM platforms.Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.A proactive, target-driven mindset with excellent organisational skills.Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team.Customer-focused with strong business acumen and problem-solving abilities.Experience in the Nordic MarketYou'll stand out if you have:Understanding of Nordic business culture and customer expectations.Knowledge of digital marketing and online advertising solutions.Confidence discussing ROI, campaign performance, and marketing strategy.Awareness of GDPR and data privacy regulations.Experience engaging multiple stakeholders and decision-makers.What You'll ReceiveCompetitive salary of €25,330 gross per year.Performance bonus of up to €4,470 gross per year.Full-time hybrid role (39 hours per week).Relocation support to help you move to Barcelona.Private health insurance.Ongoing sales training, certifications, and career development.Clear progression opportunities with coaching and mentoring.Employee referral programme offering bonuses of up to €2,000.Modern office in central Barcelona with a fun, collaborative culture, regular competitions, and team events.
