We're looking for a Senior Test Manager in IT Infrastructure who can combine hands-on test leadership with a passion for quality engineering, DevOps, and continuous improvement. You will help ensure infrastructure changes land safely in production while raising the maturity of testing practices across our organization.

Working closely with customers and colleagues across Denmark, the Czech Republic, and the Philippines, you will play a key role in standardizing testing, building reusable test assets, and driving quality throughout the delivery lifecycle.

About the Role
As our Senior Test Manager, you will drive testing activities across infrastructure projects, transitions, and transformations. You will work closely with customers, project managers, architects, DevOps teams, and technical specialists to ensure quality is built into every stage of delivery.

Beyond project delivery, you will help strengthen our testing capability by establishing standards, building a reusable test case library, and promoting a modern quality-focused approach to testing.

What You'll Do

• Lead end-to-end testing across infrastructure deliveries and transformation projects.
• Define and align test scope, test plans, test cases, and acceptance criteria.
• Drive quality engineering and DevOps-oriented testing practices.
• Build and maintain a reusable test case library and testing standards.
• Identify opportunities for automation and continuous testing.
• Coordinate environments, resources, timelines, defects, and retesting activities.
• Communicate status, risks, and decisions clearly to customers and stakeholders.
• Support the continuous improvement of testing processes and quality practices.

You will help shape how testing and quality are performed across Aeven's infrastructure deliveries. Your work will contribute directly to safer deployments, improved customer outcomes, and a more mature and consistent testing approach across projects and services.

Success in this role requires strong communication skills, ownership, and the drive to turn ideas into lasting improvements. You will be a key contributor to building a quality-first mindset across teams and customers.

Your Experience Includes

• Significant experience in Test Management, Quality Assurance, or Quality Engineering.
• Experience testing IT infrastructure solutions such as networks, cloud, workplace, security, identity, or datacenter technologies.
• Experience working with DevOps practices and quality-focused delivery models.
• Experience defining testing frameworks, standards, or governance practices.
• Knowledge of test automation and continuous testing approaches.
• Experience coordinating stakeholders across technical and business teams.
• Strong communication, ownership, and execution skills.
• Professional fluency in English, both written and spoken.

Preferred qualifications include:

• ISTQB Advanced or equivalent testing certifications.
• ITIL Foundation or ITIL 4.
• Experience with Agile, Scrum, DevOps, or SAFe environments.
• Experience with test automation tools and frameworks.
• Experience working within infrastructure operations, managed services, outsourcing, transitions, or transformation programs.
