In this position, you will represent a renowned global digital marketing brand, focusing on expanding its presence throughout the Danish market. As an onboarding specialist, you will guide promising commercial accounts through setup and deployment, optimizing their paid search performance. Your main objective is to establish strong long-term relationships, boost platform usage, minimize churn, and drive portfolio growth.

Key Responsibilities & Daily Tasks

• Strategic Setup: Walk new corporate accounts through initial platform configuration and build high-performing pay-per-click (PPC) strategies.
• Proactive Outreach: Execute targeted phone calls to assess client objectives, highlight platform features, and pitch tailored advertising strategies.
• Campaign Building: Build structured, launch-ready ad campaigns engineered for immediate return on investment.
• Revenue Growth: Identify, present, and close high-value upselling and cross-selling options to increase account value.
• CRM Management: Log and update client activities, records, and milestones to maintain clean internal data.
• High-Volume Engagement: Maintain active daily communication with prospective and current business partners, primarily via phone calls.

Candidate Profile

Required Experience & Technical Skills

• Language Proficiency: Fully fluent (C2 level) in written and spoken Danish as well as English.
• CRM Expertise: Direct experience managing client lifecycles using modern CRM tools to enhance user experience.
• AI & Tech Savvy: A forward-looking approach with hands-on experience using AI software for refined data insights and personalized messaging.
• Commercial Mindset: Self-driven and proactive, with sharp business insight to leverage market trends for strategic account growth.

• Commercial Understanding: Deep knowledge of Denmark's business landscape, including cultural nuances, local etiquette, and client behavior.
