CUSTOMER SUCCESS MANAGER IN COPENHAGEN

We're looking for a creative and digital native Danish-Speaking Customer Success Manager to join our team in Copenhagen! Flowbox was founded in 2016 and is a tech scale-up with great goals and broad visions. We provide a SaaS platform that helps brands improve their marketing, social media and E-commerce strategies. Our technology helps our clients to better generate, collect, manage, and distribute their own customers' content, also known as User Generated Content (UGC). At the moment we have 1000+ clients, 60+ Flowboxers, as well as 4 offices in Copenhagen, Stockholm, Amsterdam and Barcelona. IF YOU CAN RECOGNISE THE FOLLOWING IN YOURSELF, YOU ARE A GOOD FIT FOR US!

You are fluent in danish and english - both written and spoken, any additional language proficiency in german, french, spanish, danish, polish, norwegian or swedish is a plus.

Ideally, you have 3+ years of experience as a customer success manager or with an e-commerce / marketing-related job; that said, we first and foremost hire for attitude and cultural fit. If you have the right potential and mindset, we will help you with the rest.

ABOUT THE ROLE & THE TEAM 🚀

As a Customer Success Manager (CSM) at Flowbox, you serve as a trusted partner and advisor; your goal is to drive product adoption, demonstrate value and KPIs and empower brands to achieve their marketing goals. You are responsible for the client journey from the beginning of the partnership throughout their renewal. Our ultimate goal is to wow the client with our outstanding technology and personalised service. You will be a part of a driven, honest, open minded and international team distributed across four countries: Denmark, Sweden, Spain and the Netherlands. The CSM team plays an important part in the growth of the company, and together with your team, you will work on finding new ways to reach and exceed client expectations. As a CSM, you will manage different relationships between various internal and external stakeholders and users. We believe that every individual within the team can contribute to make the overall performance of the team stronger. Your success in the role will be measured on:
  • Number of clients and revenue in your client portfolio
  • Retention and expansion in your client portfolio
  • Overall customer satisfaction within your client portfolio

SALARY:

Flowbox operates with a fully transparent salary structure based on clearly defined employee levels. Each level has an openly shared salary band accessible to all team members. During the interview process, we will introduce you to our leveling framework, and your specific level will be assessed before we potentially extend an offer to join our team.
