AUTOproff Norge søker en analytisk sterk og kommersielt drevet Operations & Auction Manager til en sentral lederrolle i vår virksomhet. Stillingen inngår i AutoProffs norske ledergruppe og rapporterer direkte til Country Manager. Du vil ha stor påvirkning på retning, struktur og vekst i et marked i rask utvikling. Her får du ansvar, tillit – og rom til å skape resultater.
AutoProff er en ledende digital markedsplass for B2B-handel med bruktbiler i Norden og Europa. Vi gir profesjonelle aktører i bilbransjen en komplett auksjonsplattform hvor de kan kjøpe og selge biler digitalt – og få hele prosessen håndtert sømløst, fra budrunde til betaling og logistikk.
Om rollen
Operations & Auction Manager vil ha et helhetlig ansvar for vår auksjonsvirksomhet og spille en sentral rolle i videreutviklingen av vårt B2B-økosystem.
Operations & Auction Manager skal lede tre tett sammenhengende ansvarsområder :
1. Garantipris-teamet
Garantipris-teamet har ansvar for å gi garanterte priser til kunder som benytter systemet vårt. Dette krever høy markedskompetanse, god dialog med B2B-kunder og solid forståelse for kjøretøy, utstyr, risiko knyttet til feil og mangler – samt evne til å kalkulere riktig basert på dette.
Ansvarsområder:
- Lede og videreutvikle Garantipris-teamet
- Bidra operativt i prising ved behov
- Sikre tydelige rammer, struktur og effektive arbeidsprosesser
- Analysere resultatene av prisingen opp mot faktiske auksjonsresultater
- Videreutvikle verktøy og metodikk for prising
- Følge opp lagerbiler og sikre sunn drift
- Sørge for at prisingen bidrar til merverdi for kundene og lønnsomhet for oss
2. Auksjonsplattformen / gjennomføring
Auksjonsplattformen er vår B2B-markedsplass hvor forhandlere kjøper biler via auksjon. Auction Manager har det overordnede ansvaret for at hele verdikjeden fungerer sømløst.
Ansvarsområder:
- Sikre optimal planlegging og gjennomføring av auksjoner
- Koordinere og drifte den operative auksjonshverdagen
- Oppfølging av betaling, levering, reklamasjoner og kundeservice
- Sikre en effektiv, profesjonell og forutsigbar kundeopplevelse
- Optimalisere drift, aktivitet og kvalitet på plattformen
3. Kjøperbasen og kjøperaktivering
Ansvarsområder:
- Lede teametsom jobber med onboarding og aktivering av kjøpere
- Sikre gode prosesser for onboarding og direkte aktivering mot auksjoner
- Analysere kjøperbasen for å sikre riktige kjøpere til riktige biler
- Videreutvikle verktøy og arbeidsmetodikk for kjøperaktivering
- Bygge og sikre høy kjøperlojalitet – slik at kundene kjøper igjen og igjen
Vi ser etter deg som:
- Har erfaring fra bruktbilbransjen – for eksempel som innkjøper, salgssjef, bruktbilsjef eller lignende
- Har analytiske ferdigheter og kommersiell teft
- Forstår dynamikken i markedet og verdien av god risikostyring
- Er trygg i rollen som leder og motivator for et tverrfaglig team
- Har god prosessforståelse og høy gjennomføringsevne
- Kommuniserer profesjonelt på norsk og engelsk
Det er en fordel om du også har:
- Erfaring fra B2B-markedet innen bilbransjen, særlig med fokus på handel mellom profesjonelle aktører
- God kjennskap til ulike bilsegmenter og markedsdynamikken knyttet til disse
- Innsikt i kjøperatferd og utvikling av profesjonelle nettverk i bruktbilmarkedet
- Brukererfaring med prisanalyseverktøy og digitale salgsplattformer
