VI ER UNGE IVÆRKSÆTTERE
Danmarks største frivillige community for unge der vil starte virksomhed. Over 4.000 unge har været til vores events. Nogle af landets vildeste iværksættere og erhvervsledere har stået på vores scene. Vi laver podcast, content, events og et online community. Alt er gratis. Bag det hele står et team af unge i København og Aarhus der driver foreningen frivilligt ved siden af studier, jobs og egne virksomheder. Vi har en podcast der allerede har et publikum. Nu skal den vokse. Og den skal lyde og se skarp ud hele vejen.ROLLEN
Du tager ejerskab over lyden, klipningen og synligheden rundt om hver episode. Du klipper episoderne, finder de bedste øjeblikke og laver de reels og shorts der får folk til at trykke play.DET LAVER DU
- Redigerer og producerer episoder: klipper, mixer og strammer tempoet (primær opgave)
- Laver reels og shorts fra episoderne til Instagram, TikTok og LinkedIn (primær opgave)
- Skriver shownoter og episodebeskrivelser
- Følger lyttertal og engagement, og deler hvad du ser
DERFOR ER DET FEDT
- Du arbejder på en podcast med et rigtigt publikum, og du er med til at gøre den større
- Du lærer audio- og videoproduktion på rigtige udgivelser, uge efter uge
- "Podcast Associate" på CV'et, og vi skriver gerne en anbefaling
- Du får et netværk af founders og ambitiøse unge du kommer til at kende resten af livet
DU PASSER IND HVIS
- Du har rodet med lyd- eller videoredigering, eller er klar til at lære det hurtigt
- Du lytter selv til podcasts og kan mærke hvornår en episode sidder
- Du kan finde det gode klip i en time lang samtale
- Du vil have dine egne produktioner ud at leve, med det samme
SÅDAN FUNGERER DET
Vi mødes hver torsdag kl. 17.30 til 19.30 og arbejder sammen. Enten fysisk på kontoret i København eller Aarhus, eller online hvis det passer bedre den uge. Bagefter spiser vi aftensmad sammen. Foreningen betaler. Regn med ca. 2 timer om ugen. Nogle uger lidt mere, mest hvis du selv går efter det. Rollen er frivillig og ulønnet. Du skal tale dansk og bo i Danmark.
