Viaplay Group entertains millions every day – across streaming, sport, film, series, radio and TV. Behind that sits one of the deepest content libraries in the region: thousands of hours of sport and non-sport, millions of viewers, and a product touched by people every single evening.

That scale is the opportunity. Every recommendation, every search, every onboarding flow, every workflow behind the scenes – all of it can be made smarter, faster and more personal with AI. We’re building an AI hub in Stockholm to make that happen, and we’re looking for the people who will actually build it.

What you’ll actually do

• Ship AI into the product customers touch – discovery, personalisation, search and the experiences that turn a browse into a play.
• Turn our content advantage into a product advantage: use sport and non-sport at scale to build things nobody else in the region can.
• Rip friction out of how we work – automate the repetitive, wire up agents and tools, and make teams dramatically faster.
• Prototype in days, not quarters. Prove it with real users. Then scale what works and kill what doesn’t.

Who we’re looking for
We care about what you’ve built, not the boxes you tick. You probably recognise yourself here:

• You build. You’ve shipped real AI – agents, models, tools – that solved an actual problem, not a demo.
• You move fast and think in outcomes. You’d rather have something live and learning than perfect on paper.
• You spot the opportunity in messy, complex systems and go straight for the highest-leverage fix.
• You challenge assumptions – including your own – and you don’t wait for permission to make things better.
• You bring people with you and create momentum when things are still undefined.
• You communicate clearly in English and can turn “technically possible” into something the whole business gets.
• Hands-on experience building AI agents for real business problems, or a background in software, product or digital transformation.
