About the 3Shape 2-Year Graduate Program
3Shape’s two-year Graduate Program serves as a launchpad for a high-impact career. Graduates rotate through three different departments within the Technical Track, with the possibility of an international assignment. This program gives talented and motivated young professionals the chance to acquire new knowledge, expand their skillset, and gain valuable expertise from the very beginning. Graduates gain unique insights into the core of our business and play an essential role in our strategy to develop future leaders and specialists at 3Shape.

Become Our Next Technical Graduate
As a 3Shape Graduate, you will be a valued team member, tackle complex business challenges, and become part of an extensive network of professionals in a global organization. We offer a steep learning curve and expect a lot from you, but in return, you will have opportunities to grow both professionally and personally.

• Rotate through three departments (8 months each) working with e.g., UX/UI, Software Development, Computer Science, IT, Data, Discovery, Regulatory Affairs, Product Management, and Production and Supply Chain.
• Play an essential role in an international and innovative organization that is constantly evolving.
• Lead and contribute to real projects with measurable impact.
• Broaden your horizons by working as part of integrated teams across the globe and collaborating with people from diverse backgrounds.
• Join a well-established, social, and friendly community of current and former Graduates.
• Receive ongoing feedback, coaching, and support from rotation managers, a mentor, and a buddy.

We Fuel Your Career With

• Comprehensive onboarding - including an offsite, teambuilding, and networking with the Senior Leadership Team.
• Regular meetings with your Graduate Manager focused on your development and well-being.
• Multiple training sessions (such as Case Challenge, People Module, Technical Training, etc.).
