Let’s shapethe future together!For one of our clients – а company specializing in customer experience technology that delivers outsourced sales, support, and business process services to large businesses, we are looking for  – Digital Customer Support Specialist with Danish.Responsibilities:*Be the trusted point of contact for customers, providing friendly and efficient support via phone, chat, and email across e-Boks and other digital platforms;
*Help customers navigate digital services by diagnosing and resolving technical issues across websites, mobile applications, and online solutions;
*Take ownership of customer cases from start to finish, ensuring clear communication, smooth follow-up, and timely resolution;
*Collaborate with internal teams and external partners, escalating complex or sector-specific cases when specialist support is required;
*Work closely with e-Boks on business accounts, building strong relationships and ensuring customer needs are addressed quickly and professionally.Qualifications:*Previous experience in customer service, technical support, helpdesk, or another customer-facing role is an advantage;
*Danish – C1 and English – B2, with confidence communicating with customers both verbally and in writing;
*A customer-first mindset with excellent communication skills and a natural ability to build trust and rapport;
*Strong technical aptitude and a genuine interest in digital products, with the ability to investigate and resolve website, app, and platform-related issues;
*Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills, with the ability to stay calm, prioritize effectively, and take ownership of cases through to successful resolution.Our client offers:*Full-time position, 40 hours a week from Monday to Sunday 09AM to 21PM, 8-hours shifts on schedule;
