Branding Group PMO

With this position, you will be joining the exciting and growing Group PMO. We are based in our international headquarters in Hedehusene, Denmark, and you will have the opportunity to expand your skills and exposure through driving communication activities outlined in our new branding strategy.

Group PMO is responsible for the project and programme management of Group-wide and special attention projects.

We aim to provide high-quality services to projects/programmes throughout the DSV organisation, using state-of-the-art project management methods and tools.

Group PMO's governance supports transparency, control of investments and provides a decision-making framework to assure projects are aligned to the strategic direction of the organisation.

Whilst integrating the DSV Project Management method (PRINCE2) with the Change Management methodology (Prosci), PMO ensures that both the technical and the people side of a project are covered when dealing with changes within the organisation.

We expect you to work 20 hours a week, preferably as two full days in the office. We can accommodate exam periods. However, flexibility is appreciated on both ends.

Branding Group PMO

Group PMO has a well-established reputation within top management and we are assigned to the highest prioritized projects. With the acquisition of DB Schenker the company have doubled in size and the need for visualizing our role and our successes becomes urgent.

In the branding team we define how Group PMO shows up across DSV, shaping a clear and recognizable identity through the way we communicate. Working closely with GPMO management, we set direction and drive key initiatives that ensure our message is consistent, visible, and understood.

What you will be doing

As a student assistant within Group PMO, your prime responsibilities will involve the following tasks:

• Drive the design, implementation, and realisation of our Annual Wheel.
• Engage with colleagues and specialists inside and outside PMO to produce stories and material to promote our work.
• Create, write and design SharePoint articles, pages or posts, using visual communication while adhering to DSV CVI
• Create, record, and edit videos to support communication initiatives

To be successful and get the most out of your role as a Communication & Branding assistant, we imagine you exhibit some of the following traits and skills:

• You are currently studying for your Bachelor or Master
• You have experience with video editing, or the curiosity and drive to learn it quickly.
• Are well-structured and organised in your approach to handling different tasks and are comfortable navigating a corporate organisation
• You are self-driven and proactive, with the ability to work independently based on team guidance
• You are well versed with the Microsoft Office 365 package.
• Are naturally creative with a strong willingness to learn.
• You speak and write English fluently.
