OM JOBBET
I Norra Varalöv, strax utanför Ängelholm och 15 minuter från centrala Helsingborg, har Boozt Fulfilment & Logistics huvudsite sin hemvist. Nu letar vi efter en driven student för deltidsarbete på vår HR-avdelning. Studerar du HR, personalvetenskap, Service Management eller en liknande utbildning och vill skaffa dig praktisk erfarenhet vid sidan av dina studier? Då kan du vara den vi söker efter!
ARBETSUPPGIFTER
Du kommer få möjlighet att stötta vår HR-avdelning i det dagliga arbetet där vi b la ser ett behov utav följande:
- CV-granskning, telefonintervjuer samt planering/administration vid nyanställning.
- Administrativa arbetsuppgifter.
- Stötta vid fysiska intervjuer.
- Annonshantering.
PERSONLIGA EGENSKAPER
För att trivas och lyckas i rollen tror vi att du är noggrann, strukturerad och trivs med att arbeta metodiskt. Vidare så ser vi gärna att du som person är nyfiken och orädd för att sätta dig in i nya situationer.
KRAV
Studerar på universitet eller högskola med inriktning HR, Personalvetenskap, Service Management, Ekonomi eller liknande.
- Du har ett stort intresse för rekrytering, att lära känna människor och trivs med att arbeta med administrativa uppgifter.
- Flytande, svenska och engelska, i tal och skrift – vi är en internationell arbetsplats.
- En digital mognad, erfarenhet från arbete i Google-miljö och ett intresse för att lära dig nya system.
