AI Network Service Delivery Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled AI Network Service Delivery Engineer (SDE) - to lead the delivery, operational excellence, and continuous improvement of networking services supporting next-generation AI infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead deployment, operational management, and continuous improvement of AI networking services.
• Ensure high availability, reliability, and performance of AI network fabrics supporting GPU clusters.
• Drive incident management, root cause analysis, and service restoration activities.
• Develop operational standards, runbooks, and service delivery processes.
• Partner with engineering and architecture teams to transition solutions into production.
• Drive automation initiatives to improve operational efficiency and reliability.

Requirements

• Extensive experience in network operations, service delivery, or infrastructure management.
• Deep understanding of AI networking architectures and distributed computing environments.
• Strong expertise in Ethernet, InfiniBand, RDMA, and RoCE technologies.
• Experience managing high-performance networking environments in production.
• Strong troubleshooting and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluent in English and local language preferred.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with hyperscale data center or cloud operations.
• Knowledge of AI/ML infrastructure and LLM deployments.
• Experience with automation, telemetry, observability, and monitoring platforms.
• Advanced degree in a related technical field.
