Integrated Logistics Support Manager

Do you want to ensure that complex radar systems are reliable, maintainable and cost-efficient throughout their entire lifecycle?
We are looking for an ILS Manager to join our Aftermarket organisation and strengthen our Integrated Logistics Support (ILS) deliveries to customers across the globe.
At Weibel, we develop and manufacture some of the world’s most advanced Doppler radar systems. As part of our continued growth, you will play a key role in how our systems are sustained, supported and experienced by customers worldwide.
Your key responsibilities
As our new ILS Manager, you will be responsible for planning and delivering ILS activities as part of our customer projects and service contracts. You will work closely with project teams, engineers and customers to ensure high-quality, compliant and timely deliverables.
Your main tasks include:
- Plan and execute ILS deliverables such as RAM analyses, maintenance concepts and spare parts provisioning
- Develop and maintain Logistic Breakdown Structures (LBS) across our product portfolio
- Define and implement support concepts to ensure lifecycle performance and efficiency
- Collaborate with customers and their ILS organisations on requirements and deliverables
- Support development of service concepts and aftermarket offerings, including training-related activities
- Ensure compliance with contractual ILS requirements and project timelines
- You should expect some travel activity in connection with projects and customer collaboration.
About you
You have experience with Integrated Logistics Support, reliability engineering or similar disciplines and are motivated by working with complex technical systems in an international environment.
You take a structured and analytical approach and are confident working with data and cross-functional inputs to create clear, robust and actionable solutions.
We expect that you:
- Hold a relevant academic degree, preferably in engineering
- Have experience with RAM analyses, ILS or related disciplines
- Work in a structured and systematic way with strong attention to detail
- Are comfortable translating complex data into actionable insights
- Communicate fluently in English, both written and spoken
- Thrive in a collaborative environment with multiple stakeholders
Experience from the defence industry or international projects is an advantage, but not a requirement.
Your new team
You will join our Aftermarket organisation and become part of a team of around 20 highly skilled colleagues working across ILS, field service and customer support. You will report to the ILS Team Lead.
