Heute vertrauen uns Tausende von Händlern in ganz Europa. In Mitte/Südwest-Deutschland skalieren wir diesen Impact, und wir suchen einen Digital Sales Consultant, der diesen Weg mitgestaltet.
In dieser Rolle übernimmst du ein Kundenportfolio und agierst als vertrauenswürdiger kommerzieller Partner, der Händlern hilft, den echten Geschäftswert von AutoUncle zu erschließen. Das ist keine Supportfunktion, es ist eine Rolle, die auf Eigenverantwortung, Einsicht und langfristigen Partnerschaften aufbaut, und die zentral dafür ist, wie wir unsere Mission umsetzen.
Du wirst Teil eines Teams von 5+ Digital Consultants sein und eng mit dem Digital Operations Team, dem Dealer Product Team und dem Marketing zusammenarbeiten, bereichsübergreifende Zusammenarbeit ist bei uns keine Ausnahme, sondern Standard.
Deine Aufgaben
Als Digital Sales Consultant bist du Eigentümer deines Marktes. Du trägst Verantwortung sowohl für die Gewinnung neuer Kunden als auch für das Wachstum bestehender Kundenbeziehungen, und kombinierst Outbound-Vertrieb mit beratungsintensivem Account-Management.
Du arbeitest in ganz Mitteldeutschland/Südwest (Hessen / Rheinland-Pfalz / Saarland), besuchst Kunden persönlich, wenn es darauf ankommt, und agierst dabei mit einem hohen Maß an Autonomie. Konkret bedeutet das:
Gewinnung neuer Händlerkunden durch strukturierte Akquise und wertorientierte Verkaufsgespräche
Neukundengeschäft und Portfoliowachstum parallel vorantreiben (ca. 70/30 Split, je nach Geschäftsbedarf)
Ein Händlerportfolio aufbauen und weiterentwickeln, mit Fokus auf Retention, Upsell und langfristigem Wert
Strukturierte, datengestützte Gespräche führen, die Kunden herausfordern und bessere Entscheidungen ermöglichen
AutoUncles Plattform in konkreten kommerziellen Mehrwert übersetzen (Marge, Lagerumschlag, ROI)
Eine starke und planbare Pipeline aufbauen und Deals vom Erstkontakt bis zum Abschluss steuern
Risiken und Chancen mithilfe von Kundendaten erkennen und proaktiv handeln
AutoUncle als vertrauenswürdigen Partner positionieren, nicht nur als Anbieter
AutoUncle bei Branchenveranstaltungen und Messen repräsentieren
Was du mitbringst
Du bist kommerziell getrieben, strukturiert und in der Lage, sowohl Pipeline als auch Ergebnisse eigenverantwortlich zu managen. Du scheust dich nicht, Kunden herauszufordern, und weißt, wie man Gespräche in Geschäftserfolg verwandelt.
Typischerweise sehen wir folgende Erfahrungen in deinem Hintergrund:
Nachgewiesene Erfolgsbilanz im B2B-Vertrieb mit Erfahrung in der Betreuung hochwertiger Kundenbeziehungen und komplexer Vertriebszyklen
Erfahrung in der Automobilbranche, im Händlerumfeld oder in der Mobilitätsbranche
Fähigkeit, den gesamten Vertriebszyklus zu managen und die eigene Pipeline aufzubauen
Sicherheit im Umgang mit Entscheidungsträgern und in der Führung strukturierter Kundengespräche
Fähigkeit, Mehrwert und ROI zu artikulieren, nicht nur Produktfeatures

Today, thousands of dealerships across Europe trust us. In Mid/Southwest Germany, we're scaling that impact, and we're hiring a Digital Sales Consultant to drive it.
In this role you'll own a customer portfolio and act as a trusted commercial partner, helping dealerships unlock real business value from AutoUncle over time. This is not a support role, it's a role built on ownership, insight, and long-term partnerships, and it's central to how we deliver on our mission.
You'll be part of a team of 5+ Digital Consultants and work closely with the Digital Operations team, the Dealer Product team, and Marketing, collaborating across the business to drive outcomes for your dealers.
What You'll Be Doing
As a Digital Sales Consultant, you own your market. You'll be responsible for both bringing in new customers and growing existing ones, combining outbound sales with consultative account ownership.
You'll work across Mid-Germany/South-West (Hesse / Rhineland-Palatinate / Saarland), meeting customers in person when it matters, while operating with a high degree of autonomy. In practice, this means:
Acquire new dealership customers through structured outreach and value driven sales conversations
Drive new sales alongside portfolio growth (roughly a 70/30 split, depending on business needs)
Own and grow a portfolio of dealers, focusing on retention, upsell, and long-term value
Run structured, insight-driven meetings that challenge how customers operate and make decisions
Translate AutoUncle's platform into clear commercial impact (margin, inventory turn, ROI)
Build a strong and predictable pipeline, managing deals from first contact to close
Identify risks and opportunities using customer data and act proactively
Position AutoUncle as a trusted partner, not just a vendor
Represent AutoUncle on industry events / conferences
What You Bring
You're commercially driven, structured and comfortable owning both pipeline and results. You're not afraid to challenge customers, and you know how to turn conversations into business impact
We're likely to see the following in your background:
Proven track record in B2B sales, with experience owning high-value customer relationships and navigating complex sales cycles
Experience in automotive, dealerships, or mobility
Ability to manage the full sales cycle and build your own pipeline
Confidence engaging with decision-makers and running structured customer meetings
Ability to articulate value and ROI, not just product features
Strong ownership mindset and comfort working independently
Experience with tools like HubSpot, GA4, or similar
Fluent German and English language skills
