Now, we’re looking for a Campus Manager to lead our Danish operations across three sites (Allerød and Greve) and drive the next phase of growth and operational excellence.

Lead with Impact Across Denmark
As Campus Manager, you will have overall responsibility for our three sites, housing more than 120 employees in total, while leading and developing a team of three direct reports. Supported by Operations Managers and Supervisors, you will lead the operational, financial, and cultural performance of the campus while ensuring a safe, engaging, and high-performing environment.

You will also become part of the Danish leadership team, contributing to strategic decisions and helping shape the future direction of DHL Supply Chain in Denmark. Operating in a matrix organization, you will collaborate closely with HR, Finance, Quality, HSE, and Commercial teams to drive performance, customer value, and continuous improvement.

Your Key Responsibilities

• Lead the overall operational, financial, and cultural performance across three sites , ensuring strong results on productivity, quality, safety, and customer KPIs while fostering a strong Safety First culture.

• Drive operational excellence and continuous improvement through DHL’s Operational Management System (OMS), LEAN methodologies, and Kaizen initiatives to enhance efficiency and customer value.

• Lead and develop your leadership team , creating a high-performing culture built on respect, empowerment, accountability, and employee engagement.

• Build strong customer partnerships by acting as the primary operational contact, driving customer satisfaction, supporting contract renewals, and identifying growth opportunities.

• Ensure effective resource planning and financial performance while optimizing capacity, costs, and operational efficiency within budget frameworks.

• Contribute to the strategic direction and growth of DHL Supply Chain Denmark as a member of the Danish leadership team, collaborating closely with customers and cross-functional stakeholders across the organization.

We imagine that you bring leadership experience from logistics, warehousing, manufacturing, or similar operational environments, along with a strong interest in developing people and driving performance. You have experience leading teams—ideally across multiple sites or through leaders—and enjoy creating results by empowering others.

We hope to hear from candidates who combine strong operational and business understanding with a data-driven mindset and use insights to identify opportunities, solve challenges, and improve performance. Experience with LEAN methodologies and continuous improvement practices will help you succeed in the role, as will a drive to create efficient operations that deliver value for both customers and employees.

As the role involves close collaboration with customers and cross-functional stakeholders across the organization, strong communication skills in a Nordic language and English are important. Experience within contract logistics, life sciences, GxP-regulated environments, or 3PL operations is highly valued.
