Investor Relations Coordinator & PA - one year maternity-cover

If so, you could be the person we are looking for as our Investor Relations Coordinator & PA. This is a 12-month maternity cover position, expected to start in October 2026. 

About the Investor Relations Team 

Investor Relations plays a critical role in connecting Coloplast with the financial community. The team is responsible for building strong relationships with investors and analysts by providing transparent, accurate, and timely information about the company's performance, strategy, and outlook. We are devoted to handling inquiries from shareholders and investors as well as others who might be interested in the company's stock, strategy, and financial goals. We support our CEO and CFO and work closely with many other stakeholders and departments in Coloplast.   

The job  

The main purpose of the job is to support the IR team in managing the day-to-day tasks. About half of the job is centred around the co-ordination responsibilities in connection with recurring IR projects.  

This includes:  

• Organizing and planning roadshows, conferences, and other events with stockbrokers  
• Arranging Capital Market Days and internal events  
• Project responsible for the Annual General Meeting in December  
• Responsibility for the Investor Relations section on the website   
• Administration of Shareholder Secretariat and filing external communication  
• Proofreading  
• Responsible for publication of announcements to the stock exchange  
• The remaining half is centred around being PA for the Head of Investor Relations and coordinator of internal work tasks in the Investor Relations Team.  

Qualifications  

• Speaks, writes, and reads English and Danish flawlessly   
• Relevant experience gained from an investor relations coordinator role or secretarial/personal assistant role  
• Experience from a corporate access role is an advantage   
• Excellent MS Office and web skills   
• Ability to work under pressure and adhere to tight deadlines   
• Good planning skills   
• Excellent interpersonal skills   
• Ability to work independently   
• Strong attention to details  
• Flexibility and ability to handle a range of different tasks at the same time   
• Discretion and an understanding of confidentiality
