Permit Tracker / Permit Coordinator
Location: Fredericia (7000)
Overall Purpose
The Permit Tracker supports project execution by ensuring that all required permits are identified, applied for, and in place before work begins.
The role focuses on maintaining structure, tracking permit status, and coordinating with authorities to secure timely approvals.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify required permits for planned work activities
- Maintain overview of permits, including status and deadlines
- Prepare and submit applications to municipalities and authorities
- Follow up on approvals and ensure permits are in place before work starts
- Maintain structured documentation and clear tracking
- Support project teams with permit planning and timelines
Qualifications & Skills
- Experience with coordination, administration, or similar roles
- Experience from construction or industrial projects is an advantage
- Structured, detail-oriented, and proactive
- Comfortable contacting authorities and handling applications
- Able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
Languages: Danish and English
