Om jobbet
Som Assistance Coordinator håndterer du sager for kunder med rejseforsikring globalt.
Dine opgaver vil være:
Modtage og håndtere indgående opkald og e-mails
Vurdere behov og forsikringsdækning
Oprette og følge sager i systemet
Koordinere behandling og transport
Samarbejde med internationale partnere
Du skal kunne bevare roen og skabe tryghed i situationer, hvor kunden ofte er stresset.
Alarmcentralen er åben 24/7.
Din profil
Vi søger dig, der:
Taler og skriver flydende dansk og engelsk
Har erfaring fra kundeservice, sundhed, forsikring eller assistance
Trives med ansvar og struktur
Arbejder selvstændigt men også i team
Er fleksibel og professionel
