You’ll be trusted to lead strategic conversations on behalf of both Universal Robots (UR) and Mobile Industrial Robots (MiR), from the shop floor to the executive suite, connecting operational needs with the long-term benefits of automation and robotics.

Key responsibilities:

• Inspire new partnerships: Identify and engage high-potential enterprises in Danish manufacturing, logistics, and other key industries. Help them envision smarter, safer, and more efficient operations with UR and MiR at the center.
• Navigate complex decision-making: Build trust across diverse stakeholder groups, guide pilot programs, develop compelling business cases, and support smooth, scalable deployments.
• Communicate value with clarity: Clearly link UR and MiR solutions to customer outcomes such as safety, efficiency, productivity, and cost savings.
• Lead with purpose: Own and develop the Danish sales pipeline in Salesforce, working closely with marketing, product, application engineering, and channel partners to move opportunities forward.
• Foster collaboration: Work seamlessly with UR and MiR channel partners and colleagues across Teradyne Robotics to ensure customers feel supported and informed every step of the way.
• Be a voice for innovation: Represent UR and MiR at executive meetings, innovation sessions, and industry events, highlighting how our solutions support digital transformation and the future of smart factories.

To be successful in this position we imagine you will come with:

• B2B sales leadership: 5+ years of experience in enterprise sales, ideally within automation, industrial software, robotics, intralogistics, or capital equipment. You bring a thoughtful, consultative approach and know how to navigate complex buying journeys.
• Excellent communication: Fluent in both Danish and English. You are comfortable engaging with stakeholders at all levels, from operators on the shop floor to executive leadership teams.
• Financial storytelling: You can translate concepts like ROI, OEE, and payback periods into compelling business narratives that resonate with decision-makers.
• Sales discipline: You use modern tools like Salesforce to stay organized, forecast accurately, and manage your pipeline effectively.
• Growth mindset: You’re curious, eager to learn, and enjoy sharing new insights that help your team and customers succeed.
• Relevant industry background: Preferably experience in robotics, automation, AGVs/AMRs, or intralogistics.
• Market experience: Experience working with leading manufacturers, logistics providers, distribution organizations, or large multi-site customers in Denmark is considered an advantage.
• Education: A relevant degree, preferably with a technical or business background.

This position is based in Denmark. We are looking for candidates residing in Denmark and are unable to provide relocation support.
