ViaBill er Danmarks førende Buy Now, Pay Later-udbyder, og vi vokser hurtigt. Derfor søger vi en Customer Support Specialist, der kan sikre, at vores danske kunder får en hurtig, klar og menneskelig oplevelse — uanset om det handler om et simpelt spørgsmål om betaling eller en mere kompleks sag.
Dine opgaver
- Hjælpe kunder med spørgsmål relateret til betalinger, ordrer og konti
- Løse sager på en klar, venlig og løsningsorienteret måde
- Følge interne procedurer og retningslinjer, herunder compliance-relaterede tjek
- Registrere og dokumentere sager præcist i vores supportsystem
- Identificere tilbagevendende problemer og dele indsigter med teamet
- Samarbejde tæt med kolleger på tværs af Customer Support og Operations
Det forventer vi af dig
Skal-have
- Dansk på modersmålsniveau, både skriftligt og mundtligt
- Erfaring fra kundeservice, bank eller e-handel
- Engelsk på professionelt niveau (B2/C1) til intern kommunikation
- Tryghed ved at jonglere med flere systemer på samme tid
- Et roligt og løsningsorienteret mindset — særligt når en kunde er frustreret
Gerne også
- Kendskab til Dixa/Zendesk
- Berøring med FinTech, betalinger eller forbrugerkredit
