The Associate Director of QC Support , Laboratory Systems and Equipment

Genmab seeks an Associate Director of QC Support to lead laboratory systems and equipment teams at its growing Ballerup facility. This role combines strategic leadership with hands-on involvement in quality control operations, supporting early-phase, late-phase, and commercial antibody products.
Responsibilities
- Build and lead the E-System Team with clear priorities and task coordination
- Develop and implement laboratory systems strategy and roadmap for QC operations
- Serve as System Owner ensuring validation of relevant IT systems
- Drive quality excellence culture, LEAN methodologies, and continuous improvement initiatives
- Lead documentation of Standard Operating Procedures and support regulatory inspections
Requirements
- Master's degree in science or related technical discipline
- 10+ years pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or medical device industry experience
- Strong cGMP environment knowledge with laboratory IT systems and QC equipment expertise
- Proven people leadership and cross-functional team collaboration experience
- Analytical and regulatory requirements expertise with laboratory operations background
- Experience developing and managing quality metric programs
Compensation: DKK 734,400–1,101,600 base annual salary, plus discretionary bonuses and long-term incentives
