Associate Director, Clinical Research Scientist

Genmab seeks an Associate Director, Clinical Research Scientist to lead or co-lead clinical trials and support global development strategy for antibody therapeutics. The role involves overseeing clinical trial implementation, authoring regulatory documents, managing data reviews, and mentoring junior scientists across oncology and other therapeutic areas.
Responsibilities
- Lead or co-lead one or more clinical trials and oversee implementation across development stages
- Develop and review clinical development plans, protocols, regulatory documents, and registration dossiers
- Author and review case report forms, perform ongoing medical data reviews, and summarize efficacy and safety findings
- Coordinate internal and external committee meetings including dose escalation, DMC, and steering committees
- Mentor junior Clinical Research Scientists and provide scientific support to project teams and CROs
Requirements
- PhD, PharmD, MS or equivalent in medical, biological, or pharmaceutical sciences
- Minimum 8+ years clinical research experience with 4+ years drug development
- Proven experience in oncology or hematology drug development preferred
- Demonstrated success in project-oriented, matrixed team environments
- Ability to work under pressure with tight deadlines and manage multiple priorities
Compensation: DKK 730,320–1,095,480 base salary annually
