The 25hours Hotel Indre By has its home in the middle of the Scandinavian metropolis. Art and knowledge are at the forefront in an exciting combination, as the hotel housed a porcelain factory in the 19th century and was later used as a university building. The hotel is centrally located between the Round Tower and the Kobmagergade shopping street. We encourage new ideas and creativity to be actively involved in developing our hotel. We value effective cooperation, openness and mutual respect.

Job Description

At NENI, food is about sharing, passion and bringing people together. As one of our Chefs, you'll be part of a kitchen where teamwork, quality and creativity go hand in hand - creating unforgettable experiences for every guest.

How does your working day look like …

This is how you'll make our kitchen something special:

• You'll prepare and present dishes that live up to NENI's high culinary standards while delivering memorable dining experiences for our guests.
• You'll ensure smooth kitchen operations by keeping workflows efficient, maintaining a clean and organised kitchen, and working closely with your colleagues - even when the ticket queue is long.
• You'll contribute to a positive and supportive team culture where everyone works together to deliver outstanding service.
• You'll take ownership of food quality, consistency and presentation, making sure every plate leaving the kitchen reflects our standards.
• You'll actively participate in service, prep, mise en place and all other daily kitchen operations.
• You'll work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends and holidays, depending on the business needs.

Qualifications

Your personality counts more than your CV …

• You're a trained chef with experience from a busy à la carte restaurant or hotel kitchen - preferably with breakfast experience
• You enjoy working in a fast-paced environment without compromising on quality.
• You're passionate about food, quality and creating great guest experiences.
• You take responsibility, stay organised and keep a cool head during busy services.
• You're a true team player who communicates openly and enjoys helping colleagues succeed.
• You speak English well enough to communicate with your team.
