We’re looking for a Marketing Operations Manager who’s ready to roll up their sleeves, take ownership, and build with us — through the grind and the wins.

THIS IS WHAT YOU WILL ACHIEVE

• Monta's inbound flow so every lead is automatically routed to the right channel — no manual triage, no leads slipping through
• Implemented AI-driven processes across marketing operations that measurably cut manual work for the whole team
• Built a touchpoint-tracking framework that shows exactly how we're engaging each account over time — giving a long-sales-cycle business the data to make sharp decisions
• Develop a lead scoring system, supporting sales with accurate data.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Own the marketing tooling stack — HubSpot, Dreamdata, Hotjar, AI tools — and make it work as one system
• Design and run the inbound process end to end, from first form fill to routing leads to the right team
• Build AI-powered automations that replace manual workflows across the marketing team
• Deliver the data and funnel analysis the marketing and revenue teams rely on for decisions
• Partner with sales, RevOps, and country marketing to keep marketing processes integrated with the rest of the revenue organisation
• Support webinar operations with reporting and automated outreach infrastructure
• What We’re Looking For
• Solid, hands-on HubSpot knowledge — workflows, lead routing, reporting
• AI proficiency, including practical experience working with Claude
• Funnel tracking experience — you know how to measure what happens between first touch and closed deal
• Bonus points for: Dreamdata or other touchpoint/attribution tooling, a B2B SaaS background, and webinar operations experience.
