Would you like to build an international career while enjoying life, working remotely in the Mediterranean? Our client is looking for motivated Danish on several work-from-home projects to join their growing support teams in Greece. In this role, you will support users of a well-known international service in either a customer support or technical support function. You will receive full training and a generous relocation package to kickstart your new adventure abroad.Disclaimer: This role can solely be performed within Greece. Relocation support is facilitated by our client, and we are happy to tell you more about it personally! What will you do?Support Danish-speaking customers via phone and/or chatHandle customer support and technical support inquiries depending on team assignmentAssist with account management, billing questions, and service-related issuesProvide basic technical troubleshooting for applications, software functionality, and connectivityGuide users through websites and applications and explain available featuresDeliver accurate, real-time solutions while ensuring high customer satisfactionCommunicate clearly, professionally, and empathetically with customers Candidate profileFluent in Danish and English, both written and spokenPrevious experience in customer support, technical support, or service-related roles is an advantageStrong communication skills and a customer-oriented mindsetMotivated, reliable, and eager to learnWilling to relocate to Greece and adapt to a new cultureComfortable working in a fast-paced, international environment Employer offersInternational and modern work environmentPaid training in customer support and technical supportCareer development opportunities (e.g. trainer, quality analyst, or team leader)Extra compensation for overtime, night shifts, and SundaysPerformance-based bonusesGenerous relocation package and employee discountsPrivate medical insurance and on-site facilitiesFree Greek language courses and ongoing relocation support About GreeceGreece offers a unique blend of history and modern Mediterranean living.
