Drive paid social growth for clients

At the core of your role you will help turn client goals into strong channel strategies and recommendations that move performance forward. You will own the daily quality of the work and spot new opportunities. Moreover you can look forward to:

• Paid Social strategy: Develop and execute full-funnel Paid Social strategies across platforms such as Meta, TikTok, and LinkedIn

• Campaign management: Manage day-to-day campaign delivery with focus on budget allocation, pacing, audience segmentation, and performance quality

• Feed & catalog scaling: Build and optimise dynamic feed-based campaigns using tools such as Smartly.io to scale product catalog activity effectively

• Data & client reporting: Analyse performance across channels and turn the data into clear insights, executive summaries, and practical next steps for clients

• Strategic influence: Act as a strategic sparring partner for clients by challenging current setups, identifying growth opportunities, and recommending new tests and expansions

• AI & innovation: Use structured testing, tracking, and practical AI-supported workflows to improve efficiency without compromising quality or judgment

Join our Paid Social team in Aarhus

You will join our Paid Social team in Aarhus, where we value in-office collaboration and a strong social culture. Thanks to our active social committee, there’s always something in the calendar (most recently, a day at the horse races). We love bouncing ideas off each other during the day and catching up outside of work hours.

As a part of s360’s international setup, you’ll also work closely with cross-disciplinary teams across all markets giving you a strong network of almost 300 talented colleagues.

Bring paid social experience and curiosity

We are looking for someone who is comfortable taking ownership, enjoys working close to both data and clients, and wants to keep developing as the channel evolves. You do not need to match a rigid checklist, but we believe the right candidate will recognise themselves in most of the points below:

• Agency or in-house experience : Proven hands-on experience managing paid social campaigns

• Platform knowledge : Know your way around complex account structures, budget optimization, creative enhancements, and policy compliance.

• Clear communicator: Comfortable breaking down complex data into actionable points and engaging in meaningful dialogue with clients.

• Language & teamwork: Strong written and spoken skills in both Danish and English, alongside a collaborative, team-first mindset.
