Team Lead, Installation Projects – Europe

We are currently looking for Wind Turbine Installation Team Leaders to join our ONSHORE projects across Europe, including long-term ENERCON projects starting in 2026 .

We are looking for people who:

• · Have experience in onshore wind turbine installation

• · Are willing and available to work on a 6 weeks on / 2 weeks off rotation

• · Have the legal right to work in the European Union

• · Are able to work effectively both independently and as part of a team

• · Take safety and quality seriously

• · Are reliable, responsible and comfortable working on international projects

• · Are motivated to develop professionally and take on greater responsibility

• · Are willing to travel and work on projects across Europe

What does the recruitment process look like?

We want the process to be clear, organized and as smooth as possible from the very beginning.

1. HR onboarding & documentation

Once you enter our recruitment process, our HR team will guide you through the formalities. We will collect all the necessary documents from you and make sure that nothing is missing before moving forward.

2. Contract & joining the team

Once your contract is signed, we inform the relevant teams that you are joining us.

From that moment, you are already part of our MWS family.

Project Coordinators will send you a contact list with the names and phone numbers of the relevant departments and people. This means that from day one, you know exactly who to contact and where to direct your questions. You will also receive credentials to the relevant application from where you can order your PPE.

3. Individual training plan

Our Project Coordinators will then work with you individually to determine your training path.

We will review:

• · Which qualifications and certificates you already have

• · Which trainings are still required

• · What additional training you need for your specific scope of work

• · What you need to be fully prepared for your role on site

• · We will then organize the required training for you and coordinate the next steps.

4. Travel & project preparation ✈️

Once your training requirements are clear, our team will coordinate your travel date, project assignment and remaining onboarding arrangements.

Our goal is simple: when you arrive on site, you should be properly prepared and ready to work safely and effectively as a Wind Turbine Technician.
