About the Role
As part of the Graduate Program in Risk Management & Regulatory Compliance, you will work at the intersection of law, technology, and business. You will support various risk management activities, support interpretation and implementation of regulatory requirements, collaborate with stakeholders across the organisation, and contribute to ensuring that our products, processes, and operations comply with applicable regulations.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyse and interpret legal and regulatory requirements relevant to the payments and financial services industry
• Support compliance, governance, and risk management initiatives across the organisation
• Assist in translating regulatory requirements into practical business processes and controls
• Collaborate with stakeholders across business, legal, compliance, and technology functions
• Participate in regulatory projects and implementation initiatives
• Prepare analyses, reports, recommendations, and presentations for stakeholders and senior management
• Support monitoring of regulatory developments and assess their potential business impact
• Contribute to cross-functional projects involving operational and technical teams

Who are We Looking For?

• You have graduated within the past 12 months or will graduate within the next 6 months with a Master’s degree in Law, Business Administration, Commercial Law, Regulatory Affairs, Governance, Risk & Compliance, Information Technology, or another field combining legal and technical understanding
• You have strong written and verbal communication skills, are fluent in English, and Danish is considered a plus
• You bring international experience through studies, work, or collaboration in a global environment
• You have no more than one year of professional experience through internships, , or projects related to Compliance, Legal advisory, Governance, Risk management, Regulatory affairs, Financial services, Technology or regulated industries [HS1]
• You have the legal right to work in Denmark (e.g., residency or visa)
• You combine strong academic knowledge with a keen interest in the intersection between tech, payments, and regulatory topics
• You are comfortable working in a regulated environment and working with practical implementation of regulatory requirements in a complex organisation
• You are confident in collaborating with specialists and senior stakeholders, and building relationships across the organization
• You enjoy working in cross-functional and international environments
