What does a Business Analyst do at Consafe Logistics?
Working closely with both customers and our internal developer's team, they identify customer challenges and advise which Astro WMS® functionalities would serve them best, helping them increase their efficiency with our software.

You will help customers optimize:

• Inbound and receiving processes,
• Putaway strategies,
• Replenishment and slotting,
• Wave and order planning,
• Picking optimization,
• Inventory control,
• Automation and robotics integration,
• Labor efficiency and warehouse KPIs,
• Build technical documentation that will be used as a basics to implement changes in the system.

Your key tasks will involve:
• Consultancy on how Astro WMS® can create the most optimal warehouse processes,

• Leading and participating in workshops with customers,

• Participating in project go-lives on site together with the rest of the project team,

• Holding training sessions with Astro WMS® users,

• Working with technical preparation such as configurating, setting parameters as well as testing and verifing the system according to the customer requirements,

• Process design discussions,

• Challenging existing ways of working,

• Influence on how future warehouse operations are built,

• Attending team meetings,

• Working with other business analysts (application consultants), developers and project managers in different teams depending on the size of the projects.

• Traveling (typically 20-30%), mainly for workshops, solution design sessions, testing, and go-live support.

The role also requires a very good general IT knowledge and fluent oral and written English and Polish but apart from that, our Business Analysts have various backgrounds.

You might be a great fit if:
• you have experience in working with supply chain, logistics and/or warehouse management systems, as well as other systems, like ERP/TMS/WCS or similar,

• or you have worked with a warehouse management system on a site, as a business application consultant, or similar,

• or if you have a junior profile with an educational background in logistics and supply chain management, e.g., MSc Mechanical Engineering, MSc Information Systems, MSc Industrial Engineering and Management, or other relevant education.

This job is at our office in Warsaw (hybrid mode). As you will work closely with customers and

colleagues around the world, business trips will be a natural part of the job.
