CDx Global Global Strategic Marketing Director

Leica Biosystems seeks a senior strategic marketing leader to define and execute global commercialization strategy for companion diagnostic products. This role partners across pharma, product management, and regional teams to drive CDx launches, resolve commercialization challenges, and support business growth.
Responsibilities
- Define and lead global commercialization strategy for CDx products aligned with business objectives and regional market dynamics
- Serve as primary strategic lead and commercial contact for pharma partners during launch planning and execution
- Apply market intelligence and competitive insights to identify commercialization opportunities, risks, and growth levers
- Monitor launch performance, partner satisfaction, and market adoption; translate insights into recommendations for senior leadership
- Establish scalable launch frameworks and process improvements to enhance cross-functional alignment and launch readiness
Requirements
- Extensive experience in strategic marketing, product management, or commercialization within CDx programs
- Significant experience leading global CDx launch planning and pharma-partner engagement
- Demonstrated expertise in CDx, IVD, oncology diagnostics, or biomarker-based testing
- Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams in matrix environments
- Track record of successful CDx launches and customer-focused collaboration in global settings
- Medical diagnostics sales or marketing experience preferred
