Senior Manager, Quality Global Affiliates

Genmab seeks a Senior Manager to develop and implement shared quality processes for global affiliates, enabling compliant and efficient operations. The role combines process ownership, training framework oversight, and cross-functional coordination to standardize practices across markets while reducing duplication.
Responsibilities
- Support new affiliate establishment and implementation of global Quality Management System
- Design, implement and continuously improve assigned affiliate quality processes and tools
- Own and maintain affiliate training framework in partnership with global training function
- Lead cross-functional improvement projects and capture best practices across markets
- Coordinate quality readiness activities for market entry and commercial launches
Requirements
- Master's degree in pharmacy or life sciences
- Experience owning and improving quality management systems across organizations
- Demonstrated ability to lead implementation of processes across multiple sites or markets
- Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills
- Knowledge of pharmaceutical quality regulations and compliance requirements
- Experience designing and managing training programs and governance frameworks
