Your Role

As a Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Consultant you’ll help companies improve their financial planning, forecasting, and reporting using smart cloud-based tools like Anaplan and OneStream. You will be translating complex business challenges into tangible solutions by designing and implementing these platforms.

You’ll be joining our Enterprise Performance Management area (EPM) which consists of 30+ people based in Copenhagen and Helsinki. Together, you’ll work on real client projects, helping to design, implement, and optimize solutions tailored to each client's needs.

Your Work Will For Example Include

• Working hands-on in implementing OneStream and Anaplan solutions, understanding business challenges and translating them to platform solutions
• Joining client meetings to understand their business needs and challenges
• Receive official training and earn certifications in both systems
• Support the implementation, setup, and technical configuration of OneStream and Anaplan, while working towards certifications in both systems
• Supporting clients after go-live and answering questions and help with training, documentation, and making sure the solution runs smoothly
• Developing our business together with the team, for example, by creating client proposals and continuously improving our offerings and practices.
• Growing your role over time, possibly taking more responsibility in projects and internal task

You don’t need to have prior experience with these tools, we’ll make sure you get the right training and certifications as part of your onboarding. You’ll learn by doing, working closely with experienced team members who will support you every step of the way.

We are looking for: 

We’re looking for someone who is excited to learn, enjoys working with others, and wants to grow in the world of business and technology. Maybe you’re currently working as a controller, business partner or have a couple of years of experience in finance or business analysis, but now you're looking to combine that knowledge with technology and move into a more project- and solution-oriented role.

We’d like to hear from you if you have:

• A university degree in a relevant field (e.g. management accounting, business, finance or economics or a related discipline)
• 1–3 years of experience in finance or business e.g. as a controller, financial assistant, or through internships, within areas like FP&A, supply chain, or financial reporting.
• An interest in how businesses plan and make decisions
• Proficient in Excel with a basic understanding of VBA
• Fluent communication skills in Danish; and English (written and spoken)
• Consultative mindset and strong problem-solving skills

As An Advantage We See

• Knowledge of EPM tools, such as OneStream, Jedox, IBM Planning Analytics (TM1), Oracle EPM or Anaplan
