About the Job
Drive the adoption of AI across Trelleborg Industrial Solutions. Turn emerging AI capability into deployed, measurable outcomes. This is a hybrid role at the intersection of data analysis, project delivery, and innovation. The role holder scouts new AI tools, runs structured pilots, and scales what works across the business units. The role exists because AI adoption now requires a dedicated owner to move from experimentation to value at pace, working across borders and managing stakeholders at senior levels.

You will have the opportunity to:

• Evaluate emerging AI tools and platforms against business needs. Run structured pilots and proofs of concept, and translate findings into deployment recommendations.
• Lead AI initiatives as project owner. Manage scope, timeline, stakeholders, and delivery across distributed international teams.
• Analyse complex datasets to surface insight. Build and interpret data models, and communicate results to non-technical and executive audiences.
• Partner with business units to identify high-value AI use cases. Convert ambiguous problems into scoped, deliverable projects.
• Coordinate with vendors, internal IT, and global colleagues. Bridge technical and commercial perspectives.
• Champion responsible AI adoption. Apply governance and compliance frameworks to every deployment.

• Knowledge: data analytics; artificial intelligence and machine learning concepts; project management methodologies; information governance and compliance.

Minimum requirements:
University degree in a quantitative, technical, or business discipline, or equivalent practical experience.

• Demonstrated international working experience across multiple countries or regions.
• Proven project management experience delivering technology or data initiatives end to end.
• Hands-on experience evaluating, piloting, or deploying AI tools.
• A demonstrated track record of innovation - identifying, testing, and scaling new approaches in a commercial setting.
• Strong data analysis capability, with proficiency interpreting data and presenting findings to senior stakeholders.
