Om rollen
Som Group HR- intern hos oss blir du en del av Trelleborgs Group HR-funktion och arbetar nära vår HR Manager tillsammans med övriga funktioner inom HR och i koncernen. Du får insyn i hur People-perspektivet fungerar i en decentraliserad global organisation, och du deltar i multinationella projekt inom bland annat engagement, onboarding och governance såväl som nationella frågor.
Du får egna leveranser, ansvar för delar av processer och möjlighet att analysera komplexa HR-frågor med både data- och compliance-perspektiv. Rollen kräver mognad, analytisk förmåga och intresse för hur HR driver värde i en global verksamhet.
Som del av vårt internprogram kommer du också att ingå i en intern-cohort tillsammans med interns från andra funktioner med hållpunkter för lärande, erfarenhetsutbyte och tvärfunktionell förståelse.

Vi söker dig som:
Har minst en kandidatexamen inom HR, beteendevetenskap, ekonomi eller management
Har kunskap i svensk arbetsrätt
Har hög mognad, integritet och analytisk förmåga
Trivs i en global miljö och vill omsätta teori till praktik
