Your new role 
As our new Risk Manager, you will own and further develop Ramboll’s Information & Compliance Risk Management Framework. You will be part of the CISO Office within Information Security and Data Compliance and report to the Senior Global Manager, PMO, Governance & Risk (CISO Office). The role sits firmly in Ramboll’s 2nd line of defence and focuses on cyber, information security and data‑related compliance risks. You will work closely with cybersecurity, data compliance, regulatory and business teams, as well as Ramboll’s Enterprise Risk function, to ensure that relevant inputs are consistently reflected in risk assessments and reporting. The role does not monitor threats or legislation directly, but translates these inputs into a clear and comparable risk picture for management. 

Your key responsibilities will be: 

• Own and maintain the Information & Compliance Risk Management Framework aligned with ISO 31000, ISO 27005 and NIS2. 
• Maintain and govern the security and compliance risk register covering cyber, information security and data protection risks. 
• Facilitate structured risk assessments and workshops using inputs from cybersecurity, regulatory, data and business teams. 
• Ensure clear risk descriptions, scoring, ownership and documented treatment or acceptance decisions. 
• Prepare consolidated risk reporting for the CISO Office and security governance forums, and align with Enterprise Risk Management. 

About you 

• Minimum 5-years experience working with risk management, information security, compliance, audit and/or governance. 
• Hands‑on experience with risk assessments, risk registers and structured reporting. 
• Understanding of international standards such as ISO 31000 and ISO 27005. 
• Ability to translate complex technical and regulatory input into clear risk statements. 
• Knowledge of AI Act, Data Act, NIS2 and GDPR is considered an advantage.
