CRM Manager & Product Owner

As Satair's Commercial CRM Manager and Global Product Owner for Salesforce, you will connect commercial operations with central Airbus technical teams. In this high-visibility role, you will define the product roadmap and empower users to boost performance and customer satisfaction. What the job is

You will report to the Head of Commercial Process, Performance & Transformation (ASCX) and integrate into a multi-disciplinary, multi-cultural team spread across the globe to match Satair's operational footprint. In this role, you will lead CRM tool product development, manage day-to-day system administration, and drive continuous user adoption for a user base of more than 250 colleagues.

Your main responsibilities:

• Global Product Ownership: Serve as the strategic Product Owner of the Salesforce platform for the Satair scope, translating complex business needs into a cohesive product development roadmap.
• Stakeholder Management: Leverage deep business knowledge and Salesforce expertise to be a credible, authoritative voice when defending Satair's change requests and product requirements with the central Airbus team in Toulouse.
• System Administration & Insights: Act as the primary CRM back-office administrator for over 250 users across Satair Commercial (ASC) and Product Management (ASP), customizing workflows, reports, and dashboards to derive actionable business insights.
• Sales Enablement: Help Account Directors and HOs drive sales by proactively identifying pipeline gaps, communicating analytical findings, and developing actionable automation and tools.
• Superuser Community & Adoption: Create, manage, and empower a robust global Salesforce Superuser community, developing comprehensive materials, leading user training, and performing User Acceptance Tests (UAT).

Travel days to be expected are approximately 30% (domestic and international).

How you will contribute to the team

We are looking for a proactive professional with a profound mastery of the intersection between data analytics, product management, and commercial operations. You must possess excellent business knowledge and extensive hands-on experience in Salesforce to ensure you are instantly credible with both the Satair commercial teams and the Airbus technical teams.

You must hold a University degree in International Business, Digital Management, Sales Management, or a similar field, accompanied by a minimum of 5 years of working experience in a CRM Manager, Product Manager, or highly similar role. Crucially, you must have practical experience as a certified Salesforce Administrator and/or Platform App Builder. You will thrive in this role if you possess a high degree of agility in learning, a results-driven mindset, and a strong penchant for solving complex industrial challenges. We highly value an unwavering commitment to operational excellence, a "can-do attitude," and strong interpersonal skills that allow for productive collaboration across varying business functions. Because you will be networking globally, excellent command of both written and spoken English is required, while proficiency in French, German or Chinese is preferred.
