Student Worker, Communications
Genmab
Genmab seeks a student worker to support internal communications and employee engagement across its global organization. Based in Copenhagen, this part-time role involves content creation, digital channel coordination, and event planning within a biotechnology company's Communications & Corporate Affairs team.
Responsibilities
- Create engaging content for internal channels including corporate intranet and Viva Engage
- Develop accessible stories highlighting scientific innovation, research milestones and employee experiences
- Coordinate and manage digital communications channels and office signage content
- Plan and execute employee events, town halls and engagement activities
- Produce articles, presentations, visuals and short-form video content through interviews and editing
Requirements
- Currently enrolled in Communications, Marketing, Business Administration, or related bachelor's or master's program
- Proficiency in English written and verbal communication
- Proficiency with Microsoft 365 and PowerPoint
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Interest in pharma/biotech industry and corporate communications
- Experience with SharePoint, video editing, analytics, or AI tools preferred
