Som Student Worker i Sustainability vil du understøtte vores nordiske bæredygtighedsteam i at fremme vores bæredygtighedsdagsorden. Du vil arbejde tæt sammen med kolleger på tværs af organisationen og hjælpe med at integrere bæredygtighed i den daglige drift, samtidig med at du får praktisk erfaring i et dynamisk, internationalt miljø.
Dette er en fremragende mulighed for dig som studerende, der brænder for bæredygtighed og ønsker at opbygge praktisk erfaring ved siden af dine studier.
Dine primære ansvarsområder
- Understøtte omsætningen af vores nordiske og globale bæredygtighedsstrategi til konkrete handlinger på både nordisk og lokalt niveau
- Assistere i koordineringen og gennemførelsen af bæredygtighedsinitiativer, både internt og eksternt
- Hjælpe med at besvare bæredygtighedsrelaterede kundehenvendelser og understøtte kommunikation med stakeholders
- Bidrage til udarbejdelse af intern kommunikation, herunder præsentationer, træningsmaterialer og workshops
- Understøtte ekstern kommunikation ved at gennemgå og udvikle bæredygtighedsrelateret indhold på dansk og engelsk
- Holde dig opdateret og følge udviklingen inden for bæredygtighedsregulering (fx EU-krav) og markedsindsigter særligt for det danske marked
Hvem er du?
Du er en nysgerrig og motiveret studerende med stor interesse for bæredygtighed. Du trives med samarbejde og er ivrig efter at lære, hvordan bæredygtighed anvendes i en forretningskontekst. Du arbejder struktureret og formår at kombinere strategisk tænkning med praktisk udførelse i en blanding af administrative og analytiske opgaver. Du har mod på at påtage dig komplekse opgaver på Nordisk niveau, hvor du vil få forståelse for samarbejdet på tværs af landegrænser.
Dine kvalifikationer
Vi ser gerne at du:
- Er i gang med en bachelor- eller kandidatuddannelse inden for Sustainability, Environmental Management, Engineering, Economics, Energy eller et beslægtet område. Det er en fordel hvis du inden længe vil påbegynde din kandidat
- Har interesse for bæredygtighed og særligt Environmental Sustainability
- Har stærke skriftlige og mundtlige kommunikationsevner
- Er ryg ved at samarbejde med forskellige interessenter og bidrage i teams
- Er struktureret og detaljeorienteret med evne til at håndtere flere opgaver samtidigt
- Har erfaring med content creation (fx præsentationer, rapporter eller kommunikationsmateriale) er en fordel
- Behersker flydende dansk og engelsk sprogkundskaber.

Du vil blive en del af vores nordiske bæredygtighedsteam, hvor du primært vil støtte den danske organisation, samtidig med at du bidrager til bredere nordiske initiativer.
