We're seeking someone who values excellence and enjoys collaborating with colleagues across different markets. Lantmännen Unibake, a global bakery leader, is transforming to more standardized, data-driven operations across markets and business units. About 80% of our business uses Microsoft ERP, but markets like the US, Australia, and several European countries are still transitioning. In this role, you'll support our D365FO rollout, work from Copenhagen HQ, and travel to drive quality improvements.

This is what you will do
As an Application Consultant working with Quality (internally referred to as Solution Specialist Quality), you'll implement and improve Quality solutions, traveling to sites to share best practices and support teams. You'll handle configuration, testing, training, and support for Quality systems, ensuring a smooth transition with your team.

Your tasks will include

• Lead Quality implementation activities in project teams

• Configure applications in line with Unibake standards

• Capture and analyze business, legal, integration, and reporting requirements

• Design solutions for gaps and contribute to enhancements with the Solution Owner

• Plan and execute functional testing

• Train Super Users and support standardized documentation

• Drive collaboration with Super Users and local process owners

• Provide 3rd level support with application teams and vendors

• Support maintenance and continuous improvement
