Eurofins VBM Laboratoriet seeks a paid internship student to support sales, customer service, and business development in Aabybro. The role involves handling customer inquiries, preparing quotations, maintaining CRM systems, and participating in sales activities within an international laboratory organization.
Responsibilities
- Advise customers and handle customer inquiries and complaints
- Prepare quotations, framework agreements, and project proposals
- Create and maintain customer agreements in internal systems and CRM
- Participate in customer meetings and coordinate sales activities
- Coordinate communication between sales, customer center, and laboratory
Requirements
- Currently enrolled in sales, marketing, export, economics, or finance studies
- Outgoing personality with comfort in customer interactions
- Service-minded and solution-oriented approach to problem-solving
- Structured work style with ability to manage multiple responsibilities
- Ability to maintain overview during high-tempo work and tight deadlines
- Collaborative mindset across departments
