Product Manager - Creator Platform Team

We're looking for a Product Manager to own our Creator Platform - the experience that enables creators to join GoWish, build engaging wishlists, grow their audience, and monetize through brand collaborations.

This is a highly strategic consumer product role sitting at the intersection of creators, social experiences, discovery, and monetization.

What you'll own

You'll be responsible for the end-to-end creator experience - from application and onboarding to long-term engagement and success.

You'll work closely with Design, Engineering, Data and Growth teams to build a platform that creators genuinely love using while supporting GoWish's business goals.

Your responsibilities include:

• Own the Creator Platform roadmap and execution.

• Improve creator onboarding and activation to ensure new creators reach value quickly.

• Increase creator engagement, retention and long-term activity.

• Create seamless experiences for building wishlists, sharing content and collaborating with brands. Make it effortless for creators to share their wishlists across social platforms and maximize reach with their audiences.

• Develop innovative creator tools that make GoWish a preferred platform for creators.

• Identify opportunities to strengthen creator monetization while creating value for users and partners.

• Collaborate with our Personalization and AI teams to help the right creators reach the right audiences through increasingly intelligent discovery experiences.

• Use data, experimentation and user research to continuously improve the product.

• Define product requirements and work closely with engineering and design from discovery through delivery.

• Partner with commercial teams to support creator campaigns and new collaboration opportunities.

• Monitor product performance, define success metrics and prioritize initiatives with the highest impact.

What we’re looking for someone who

• Has 4+ years of Product Management experience building consumer-facing digital products.

• Has experience working on creator platforms, influencer products, social media, content creation tools or discovery experiences.

• Understands how creators build audiences, create content and monetize their communities.

• Experience owning activation, engagement or retention initiatives for consumer products.

• Strong product discovery skills, with the ability to combine customer insights, experimentation and data to identify high-impact opportunities.

• Is comfortable owning a product area end-to-end and making prioritization decisions.

• Can balance user needs with commercial objectives.

• Has excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

• Comfortable working cross-functionally with Design, Engineering, Data, Marketing, Commercial and AI teams.

• Is passionate about building engaging, delightful consumer experiences.

It would be a bonus if you have

• Experience with creator economy products.

• Experience with influencer marketing or affiliate platforms.

• Experience with social networking or community products.

• Experience with growth, activation or engagement optimization.

Success in this role
In this role, you'll create a creator experience that is intuitive, engaging and rewarding, from the moment someone applies to becoming an active creator generating value for both themselves and GoWish.

You'll ensure creators are successfully onboarded, consistently active, and excited to share wishlists with their audiences while helping shape one of the most important growth areas of our product. You’ll be measured against company goals and team OKR’s.
