Senior Commercial Product Manager

We are looking for a Senior Commercial Product Manager to drive the commercial success of our market-leading lab software portfolio used by thousands of dental laboratories worldwide. In this role, you will bridge Product, Sales, and Marketing to ensure that new innovations are successfully launched, adopted, and translated into sustainable business growth. From pricing and packaging to go-to-market execution and lifecycle manage-ment, you will play a key role in shaping how our products succeed in the market.

About the Role

The Senior Commercial Product Manager owns the commercial success of the Lab & Studios portfolio through-out its lifecycle. You will work across Product, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Experience to drive adoption, revenue growth, and market competitiveness through pricing, go-to-market execution, sales enablement, and lifecycle management.

A key part of the role is ensuring that product innovations translate into customer value and business results. This requires close collaboration with our commercial organization and direct engagement with customers, part-ners, and industry stakeholders.

What You’ll Do

• Monitor product performance and identify commercial opportunities to improve adoption, retention, revenue growth, and overall market performance across the portfolio

• Identify, prioritize, and orchestrate growth initiatives in collaboration with Sales, Marketing, and Cus-tomer Experience to drive adoption, customer value, and revenue growth

• Drive launch readiness for new products and major releases in collaboration with Marketing, Sales, and Product teams

• Own packaging and pricing recommendations to maximize customer value, adoption, and commercial performance

• Manage the commercial aspects of the full product lifecycle, including product introductions, growth, maturity, and end-of-life planning

• Conduct ongoing market, customer, and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities, market trends, and competitive risks

• Partner with Marketing and Customer Experience to develop sales enablement materials, value proposi-tions, and training that help commercial teams effectively position and sell products

• Act as the voice of the market by engaging directly with customers, partners, and sales teams

• Represent 3Shape at customer visits, exhibitions, conferences, and industry events, with approximately 20–30 travel days per year

What We’re Looking For

• Relevant commercial experience and a degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, Engineering, or a re-lated discipline

• Significant experience driving go-to-market execution, pricing, and growth initiatives for software or technology products

• Proven ability to drive commercial outcomes through cross-functional collaboration with Product, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Experience

• Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills

• Experience working closely with Sales and Marketing in a B2B software, technology, or MedTech envi-ronment

Bonus Points

• Experience commercializing professional B2B software, preferably within dental, medical, or healthcare technology

• Experience with regulated software environments

• Experience with commercialization of AI or SaaS products
  

You’ll report to the Senior Director of Product, Lab & Studios, and work closely with commercial, marketing, and customer-facing teams across the organization.

The role is based in our headquarters in the heart of Copenhagen by Kongens Nytorv. Relocation assistance will not be provided for this role.
