Requirements

-Fluent in Danish and English, both written and spoken-Strong communication skills and customer-oriented mindset-Previous experience in customer service is an advantage-Able to handle technical troubleshooting in a structured and patient manner-Comfortable working in a fast-paced, international environment-Flexible and available to work rotational shifts
